Thanks wasn't aware of the 1% limit. I thought it was automatic on any movement once a substainstial holder.

Interestingly on my calc's they were under 1% by 798 shares on the december movement.
18,068,086/13.89% x 100 x 1%.
Either way they can buy up all they like. Interesting time to buy after saying not going to do any thing re IO & D&C case looking like it will go for ever.
