So it looks like 6m+ shares were returned to their owner via the Prime Broker agreement. And 2m+ shares were purchased for Brispot Nominees (beneficial ownership). Is it right to assume Brispot is their nominee for private and institutional clients - who buy for their own account - and is not associated with their prime broker business (so unrelated to the shorting side of things)? If so, that could be a 10% drop in outstanding shorts.
