Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-7

At least one buyer seems to be accumulating. 1,250,131 shares traded today – the highest tally since 27/09/2018, about six months ago. Somers announced today that it has increased its holding to 17,092,060, which is 10.61%. That was as of yesterday, 21 March, so expect another Announcement soon.

I notice in respect to the class action that a subpoena has been addressed to AIG, an insurance company. Also, there are now two more respondents, rather then just Thorn Australia Pty Ltd trading as Radio Rentals ACN 008 454 439. I have no idea what to make of this extra information – it could be of minor significance. The Case Management meeting scheduled for 26 March, has been shifted to 5 April.
