I wouldn't read much into why Sulliden have sold down their holding. Since late 2017 their share price has collapsed (55c to 8c) and they must be liquidating anything of value to stay afloat. Also, AGR's execs are no longer connected to Sulliden. Check out their website. Good buying imo.
