I think Toly coined the phrase"soft exit". IMO, it means the investor must be patient and in it for the long haul. Lynas has impressive, low radioactivity, RE resources and hard earned IP along with excellent management. The LAMP can be operated under harsh political conditions for sometime to come before it's shut down by Lynas because it has become obsolete. Long term growth and an impressive P/E ratio will come from Lamp 2 and beyond, built with everything learned in LAMP 1 but in a more friendly nation. IMO, Malaysia has already written itself out of the RE future.
