I disagree in part as fundies and hedge often short sell in mass bot attacks to initiate stop losses and instilled fear to buy up bigger on dips
I have seen it happen time and time again especially with apt
the increase in shares is key I think between announcements as it will be a key to whether there accumulating or shorting
