Many consolidation inevitably attrack shorters as the odds are in their favour.
Throw in seeds selling increases their odds even more.
Really think management should be lining up a home to one of their potentual partners for some of the seeds shares.
Think these seeds will sell till they get under 5% so they fly under the radar and dont have to file forms with every move they make.
