Down roughly 10% and still waiting for the funny part?? these shares have already been absorbed...21st of Feb was the last reported (coincidentally SP on that date was $.56)

in essence our MC has reduced from roughly $36m to $27m since they were sold...

these buyers have have come in and dropped $800k down some $280k...and they did so knowing full well that they have more shares coming on tap in a matter of weeks and that a CR is coming....whomever it is came in knowing full well that further funds will be required for their investment here.

With every one of these shares passing hands from these guys in these types of tranches we should be celebrating & recognising that our register has gotten that much better! Our “register” has been THE biggest hurdle to the SP... and here we are 10% down because we’ve been advised that we’ve got buyers out there (post consolidation) who know exactly what’s around the corner and their likely requirements for more cash to absorb and participate in the CR...funny no??? (Ok...u got to want to see it)

To the LTH out there...I know you’re out there (the volumes say so);

I hope that one day soon we’re able to look back and say “shite.... remember the seed seed saga” and laugh hysterically.....with every share we’re a step closer and with equipped with better backers

If wbt can kick a couple of goals on the corporate side over the next few months, this transition can get fast tracked...may not be pretty right now but if these guys are willing to sell down below a MC of say 25m (I.e below $0.40) then I just can’t see it taking that long to absorb...say @ $20m MC $2m would clean em both out completely and we know there is at least 1 buyer out there (presume there are more)...at stupid prices seeds shouldn’t sell BUT if they do, it won’t take much to clear them.....

It's not just one or two buyers. It's just distribution from a couple of large holders to heaps of retail suckers like us, plenty of whom will be regretting their decision to buy them right now.
