I'd say fundamentals and technicals may be out the window while...

I'd say fundamentals and technicals may be out the window while the seed investors are dumping systematically.

imo it will be up to the following set of circumstances:
- How much the seed investors are selling
- How low they are willing to sell down to
- At what point does it become a screaming buy for retailers / insto's to soak up the seed investors
- Major news from the company which assist in the soaking of the seed investors
- In what form will future capital be aqcuried by the company, ie. another placement at 10% discount to vwap and further dilution?

Answer is, there are too many factors.
