Being a LT holder, its sad to see where the SP is heading. I am not sure what management is trying to do to increase the SH confidence. If they had no potential investor lined up before hand why was the consolidation done in the first hand? Consolidation leads to SP depletion - hundreds of cases around. Consolidation, just in hope of big investor may be attracted is a wrong move. If we hear no investor/ commercial partner announcement by 31 march.. the release of escrow will destroy the SP.
