Food for thought: carter has been buying in for a while now. He sold about 1.2million shares back in November 12 for a elevated price around 8plus a share believe this was a planned sell to re-purchase off market this week at a 6.5 a share for 3million for a little extra cash up front but importantly cash directly to the company for expenses. Buying and selling on market doesn’t provide to company cash but re-buying off market does at a small dilution but assists the company cash flow. I see this as a positive that he is providing funds in the build up. Does my theory sound logical?
