If im reading this correctly the situation is...

So we have 2 parties vying for a take over

1 Party with about 19 percent and the party in relation to this announcement "New Gold Coast Holdings" with just under 15 percent.

If New Gold Coast Holdings are to have a shot at this take over without paying overs on market to get to a position to be competitive with the offer, then will need to hurry up and get another 5 percent of the register.

The big volume will be lurking in the teens from day traders making a buck.

Should fly tomorrow as New Gold Coast scramble to get enough shares without paying the offer price of the other bidder that the other party may throw down now at any time.
