The lack of reporting attention to development yards is an example of how management can change their focus when progress in some areas no-longer goes to plan. It is the change of behavior by management that is the flag. When management champion a statistic then drop it entirely it is something to be aware/concerned about.........It would seem the escalating costs would support this being a problem.....as I said management reports should NEVER be taken at face value.

If you've spent $300m on a mine you'd expect to have made some progress,.... so listing achievements to date is pointless especially when the market expected it to finished for far less.
