I also noted that Sullivan and Botha are the key Directors  of Zeta. 

Zeta are selling their their RSG shares at the same time as Sullivan is selling his PA position.

Botha, the Chairman, does not own a single RsG share! 

Not good signal. 

Sullivan is JW’s predecessor as CEO and very tight with Saville. 

JW very public with his position and views on RSG which are aligned with his own personal investment decisins. He bought stock recently and is a consistent buyer. Has never sold a single share.

what we don’t know is the public and private position of Botha and Sullivan. If they are sellers (which they are!!!) then why are they on the Board and how supportive can they be of JW? 

To me this explains the downward share price momentum: The key Directors are not supportive.

very bad news. I am a believer in JW and the Syama story but did not realise he doesn’t have Board support.
