Here's an example of what I mean by non disclosure of shorts.
The last line of the pdf shows that on the 15/01/2019 regal sell 247,163 ordinary shares, but shortman reports gross shorts that day as 25,117.
You can check other days, it's the same story. Shorts are not being reported correctly. Or maybe someone has a better explanation?
