so regius accepted 10,000,000 NXE shares at 7c in exchange for $700,000 debt owed by NXE.
Now regius owns 11.92% of NXE
Interesting as there is no way they were going to get the cash paid but now they have shares that are more easily exchanged for cash if they wanted to do so.
Does this mean the new investor is acting independently and forcing structure change?
