The operating cashflows of around 300m are sufficient to pay a 10c annual div and reduce that debt by half. Even if a recession or slow down in the economy eventuates i think they are in a strong position to ride it out and maybe pick up some assets. Diversified assets across Aust and Nz like NEC has will also help if certain markets experience a slow down.
