Bornstein has 141m of which now there are only about 110m (sold c.31m). He escrowed 70m till Mar 2019 so about 40m only available for sale if he wants. Don’t forget he has 25% tax bill to pay on his profits under Israeli law so lots of the selling is to fund that. He’s not the only guys selling. I wouldn’t be surprise if ystd dump is not him but rather some of the other SH. For example Moto Gross has 53m shares! Even if he sells some it’s still 10-20m shares overhang. I wouldn’t be surprise if he’s one of the sellers. Good thing though is the huge bid. Hardy down 7% ystd on huge vol. so px have been buying the shares!
I think the overhang is much smaller than market thinks.
