Tirsi first to fund Haggan?
I don't think so. AEE have stated they want to spin off Haggan via an IPO. This was slated for this year but now delayed.
But I agree with you re Tiris and low CapEx ratio. This is what caught my eye initially. It screamed 'no brainer' as U is on the verge of a bull run. If management focused on 1 project and put all the time and money into one, then, imo, AEE would be better off.
