If the cornerstones sell now and shares are absorbed by others they can then participate in the corporate initiative using that cash. The company could then use that cash as equity for funding. Maybe they are all being tapped for cash?

how much equity do they (the company) need to contribute to a financing deal? Could the cornerstones fork out 10-20% for tiris funding 4.5mill to 9mill? (Would depend on peters skills on negotiating the deal, which should be pretty good given his skill set)

The cornerstones just upping and leaving doesn’t make sense to me yet
