Look at latest statement on "Offtake and Financing Discussions" Pete is talking to "International and Government agencies" Not likely the Mauritanian Gov. Not Sweden (perhaps for Haggan). What about state owned Chinese? GPEC?
Have the cornerstones been shut out of the mix?
