This technology may be great down the track and is a long way from commercialisation.
They are still working on Mb chips and they need to perfect them and manufacture them reliably.
But in todays technology Mb chips are useless as they need to start talking about Gb chips, so until then I don't imo see much happening and I think that is one of the reasons for the sell off by those who under stand memory.
