Speculation from a noob here - but could these two sales be back to Weebit in order to satisfy demand from the CR? Or would that count as a XT?
I'm trying to figure if this would allow them to take profit while WBT get to achieve their CR without too much dilution.
Malik and Bornstein both were early/establishing holders - so would have gained these at (presumably) much less than current rates, even given the current dive to SP.
