It's possible he may have only started selling after the $3m was taken up, & if so seems quite reasonable. Selling through the SPP, could be see as a bit counter productive, unless he was aware that the $1m target looked likely to succeed. Giving him the benefit of the doubt here after all, it's in his interests for WBT to succeed. His MO is to promote Israeli tech..!!
