Price fall attracted attention, looking at a line since July 2016 it may be a UK seasonal drop.
Those who wanted to leave EU have pushed it down regularly, perhaps now they are starting to really worry.
The UK whether in/out of EU it certainly needs sort itself out fairly soon or it will be not nice.
