Shagang needs to disclose when its holdings are increasing/decreasing by 1% whether or not it is by buying/selling or via associates jumping on/off. I've lodged a complaint on the ASX website, I encourage others to do the same. The ASX will slap them with a wet lettuce, but it is better than nothing.
