Shagang can increase there loading in GRR by 3 % every 6 months without launching a formal takeover. It appears they increased there holding by about 2.5% if you believe the recent change in substantial shareholder notice. Still waiting on a notice from them.
You tell me if you think there is a takeover going on.
Shares are well below the net book value per share which is about 38 cents per share.
EPS are about 10 cents per share.
I don't quite understand why people are selling.
