"Director performance review and evaluation It is the policy of the Board to ensure that the directors are equipped with the knowledge and information they need to discharge their responsibilities effectively. Performance of Directors is continually monitored by the Chairman of the Board. The Board has not formally documented the results of performance evaluations to date. A Director whose performance is unsatisfactory may be asked to retire."

Ahead of the AGM, it is time to put forward an argument for the removal of ID to EIG / AZ.

I strongly believe that the fact that we have not conducted any significant phase of drilling in the current gas price environment, by itself, amounts to unsatisfactory performance.
