I've gone through last 3 years placements to RCF and note that RCF took 130 million shares at 1c in 2015 with another 78 million shares bought at 0.003c.
So if they continue to dump shares next week that will mean a big loss to them. No sensible investor would sell at a loss (especially with the possible JV looming) unless there is a compelling reason to do so.
Note funds usually balance their portfolio around end of June. We are in August guys.
