Buying $650k on market not possible.
The raise was at maximum levels without needing an EGM / vote.
$650k would have absorbed a big chunk from $3.9M.
Perhaps they couldn’t accommodate the fund?
I do admit, it is odd that our on-the-ground partner chooses to sell some of their holding at this time.
