Yes an interesting business but management is lacking. A fresh approach and a board and management which are engaged will see the turn around that is necessary.
Awhile back there was a story about online suppliers much up. One of the products was toilet paper made in Japan. Japan is differently not a low cost country. Ahy needs is an old boys network that has not been able to adopt.
A new approach is needed, then the growth is back.
