Completely disagree, the gamers clearly operate a business that engages with end-users/consumers.
ISU/CTM are simply connectors who provide a customer acquisition channel to help B2C businesses. Perhaps they drive up the commission costs they demand from their business customers under a tie-up situation? Is that enough to warrant ACCC issues?
Anyway, stick their nose in it, yes, maybe, but cause issues, doubt it
