Maybe GXL management should try something like what BWX had tried,i.e. MBO with help of private equity. Last time private equity wanted to offer $740M when underlying ebitda was still $87M. Now that ebitda is ~$100M, surely $900M mkt cap offer is possible. Best way to extract value for shareholders.
