I don't see the market landscape being changed dramatically since then. Amazon is a non-issue. The company is in a better position now than it was then, thus more valuable in my opinion. Unfortunately market doesn't agree (for now). GXL would be foolish to consider offers under $7. They are in a great position, just need to re-ignite the spark in the business.
