not possible... the securities only belong to gallus, 10 days after trading halt. Since the halt, there has been no market transaction. retail investors have no chance acquiring the shares.

also, if you haven’t notice. 160 mil shares did not vote at the beginning of this year. which indicate to me, they were lock up at the time.. Barclays only receive the shares in march this year... possibly, Gallus still hold the shares.
