Jiameng Zhang comes across as a very strange operator. He has given up around 150 million shares for around A$3.5 million. Why didn't the Directors just pay a dividend of say 1 cent. With a holding of around 241 million shares this equates to a dividend of A$2.4 million and Jiameng would still hold his shares. I just cannot get my head around what he has been up to! Something very odd appears to be going on here.
