Soothsayer, a take over might be an offer for all shares in the company. For instance if someone or some entity offered $0.50 for each share. They may obtain enough shares for the takeover to compulsorily take all shares. 50 cents might seem like a good profit on todays price, but in the long term we would be robbed.
