Right that makes sense. I calculated the following based on the report. Am I doing something wrong or does this seem right regarding those figures if he did take up the entitlement offer?
"There was a change in the interests of the substantial holder on" 22/03/18 - which at the time when the offer opened on the 21st of March the price of RLC was between 0.042-0.043 and with this range x 5,062,490 shares (his entitlement of 40,499,924 shares / 8 ) . 5,062,490 X 0.042 - 0.043 = $212,624 - $217,687,07. which is about right given he received $216,880.39 ??
