UniSuper Limited's almost 1/6th holding in APA Ltd is now controlled by BNP Paribas Pty Ltd?
So no longer controlled by "National Nominees Ltd as Custodian for UniSuper Ltd" which is what is showing in the Shareholders data in Commsec under Substantial Shareholder List at 18/08/2017 ?
This ann' for a change of over 1% should have been lodged soon after the 26th Feb 2018 when the change of more than 1% had already occurred, should it not?
The "On-market Purchase" by Unisuper on 26-2-18 of 9,015,858 shares times @7.70 worth = $69,422,107.
That indicates to me: an entitlement to a 1:17 share purchase plan was enacted by UniSuper for their holding of 153,269,580 shares at the ex entitlement date, and not an "On-market Purchase".
And didn't the earlier offer to Instos go through @$8.00? not $7.70?
