There is no 15% ceiling.

Once a shareholder achieves a 20% holding they are obliged to make a takeover offer for the remaining shares.

However the trading today was bizarre. There were about 100 trades after 3:30pm where there was either 3,2 or just 1 share traded. Only 158 trades for the whole day.

Once the small trades started the SP was pushed down from $0.30 to $0.28

Hopefully a regulator will look at this.
