This build up of ownership is mysterious.

The notices are Form 604 change of substantial holder interest, not director's interest notices.

If it was George that was buying there should have been Appendix 3Y change of director's interest notices.

In fact, we still haven't even seen an Appendix 3X initial director's interest notice for George which is usually released when the director is appointed.

Can our Greek members tell us whether Argiroula is a male or female name, that can be shortened to Roula? If female, could that be George's mum/wife/sister?

LinkedIn shows Roula Papas is the owner of Dyamond Developments, which holds 26m shares or 4.01% according to the T20 in the last ZYB annual report.

Gaks at 18.9% plus Dyamond at 4.01% surely puts same or related parties above 20% ownership, unless the Dyamond holdings were transferred to Gaks in the recent buying spree, or were sold down since 9 Aug 2017.
