EAR Valuation from BW Broker Report from Sep 2017:
Looking forward to a decision to mine in early 2018, there is significant and progressive upside from our current value of $105 million to a valuation of $170 million, $0.41 per share. In estimating this value we have used a 5 year life with conservative cash cost estimate of $1,050 per ounce at an annual production rate of 130,000 ounces of gold for three years and a capital cost to commence production including spares, first fill and general working capital of $30 million. This cost rises to $1,150 per ounce for 2 years of lower grade feed delivered into the production plan.
