I think on 2nd Dec, Rob disposed 1m shares at 52c to SBM yet the Associates were buying on market until 24th Jan. Why didn't sell some or half to the Associates?
The Associates (according to latest Changing Holding) were buying at over 1m shares at 60c from 1st Dec to 6th Dec. They could have offer 55c for Rob's 1m shares (3c higher than SBM, but 5c cheaper than market price).
