But don't discount a cash + shares + royalty offer for southern nights. If SBM were only on the register for Gold ie Apollo then they would have mopped that up pre spin off and not taken extra in November. So excluding JV partners it's pretty obvious they are on the register for SN. Everything else is effectively discounted to zero because of the JV and spinoff so that leaves them paying a 30% to 50% premium for what's left. And what's left is very valuable... if you understand how Cobar deposits tend to unfold.
