Hi,
There won't be a takeover offer in near future. As I mentioned before, the takeover at this stage can't happen with the way the register is set up - there are at least three blocking parties and the interests of all three need to align. If the drill results continue to be impressive, the takeover price will require a major to step in. SBM won't be able to afford the price!!
