My thinking is all these insto are either expecting higher bit or majority holder say no to min bid and SP going higher. Make no sense if they buy now at .88 ish and get back .83.
Another scenario is shorting,but if the deal didn't go through,how much lower it can go?
So,it s possible Chinese will be back with a bid about .93 after Chinese new year .
