The Annexure to the Notice basically tells you what has been acquired since 1/12/16. Ignore the "reconstruction" part imo.

Even with the removal of the drilling company's shares, if his numbers are correct, then he is up 2.8m shares in the past year and a bit.

Note though that his percentage has also recently been reduced because of the additional placement shares, of which he got none (as it would appear). As regards that new issue(s) of 15.625m shares, we don't know who got them.
