I've been extremely busy, haven't got any time to post anything.
IMHO that missing 4m shares (from Resource Capital) I believe is held by broker. Brokers with trusted clients can hold shares for clients with conditions eg if launch a T/O than hand back those 4m shares at pre-agreed price. If no T/O than broker can sell.
