No reason why SBM cannot take both (CYL & PEX) out together and form one exploration team. This will also cut cost.
However, with CYL I think Gina Rhinheart is also interested. She has over $10 billion (almost 10X of SBM). SBM might be just getting over 10% CYL holding to block any takeover from larger players.
I'm a bit worry about drill results taking so long and sp dropping. We may get some best results.
