He is quite possibly not going anywhere. Selling now a major chunk of his holdings knowing full well there will be more freebie performance shares and options coming. That’s how these guys play the game. Zero risk and guaranteed returns. He may not sell too many more either, who knows. One thing that’s certain is that he is provide supply/liquidity that wouldn’t otherwise be there. Imagine where the share price would be if he wasn’t a seller.
The main event now is for Klaus to get his 12 million free shares in return for a successful DD on the DRC ground due in a week or two. The fireworks should come after that.
